Seeing as this is the Mobile Outlet thread here, think this would be the best place to ask.... I'm looking at a few phones on the site right now but it seems pretty sparse on details of what accessories come with the pack. Anyone who has ordered/is in the know about these?

wow this thread is huge! I had just received my 4th bill and wanted to send it so came online to read a bit about other people's experience with the mobile outlet cashback and then I see all this! I've been on 12 month free contracts for as long as I can remember and this is my first time with mobile outlet, so it was kinda freaky reading all the posts about people not getting their cashback.
Anyway I have just posted my first four bills and dispatch note (and even the contract just to be safe - ye ye I know its stupid but I've gotten paranoid after going through the whole thread) to the Mobile Outlet by first class recorded delivery and keeping my fingers crossed cos I can't afford not getting my cashback.

I am very disapponted with your lack of responce. I have sent numerous emails to forum queries in mid november, no responce whatsoever, apart from a promise of a reply in 48hrs, still waiting! I have now sent you two pm, 4th and 5th of dec, again no reply. I have lost all my xmas savings with farepak and I am desperate for my cashback which is over £200. Please give me some responce.0 -
I received my cash back for £180 in almost 3 days after sending the email as advised by the mobile outlet on this forum, so many thanks for that. Would help this x-mas.
I have a general question: Is cash back only applicable for first year or is it followed for the later years as well?
If its not, could you order a new mobile from the mobileoutlet and get your old number ported to your new phone/ network?

Only the first year. In month 11 you have to cancel your contract, and then take out a new one.
On receiving your new phone, you then get your old number transferred.0 -

I understand that I have to send my 11th and 12th bills in order to redeem my 2nd lot of 180 pounds. Do i have to send them both separately? ie within 21 days of receiving each bill.
Also, If my contract began at the end of Jan, is the bill i got on the 26th Jan my 1st bill, or is the one that I got after the first month?

Hi Gemmell,
(1) you must send each of the 11th and 12th bills SEPARATELY, each within 21 days of the date printed on the bill (NOT, as you suggested, within 21 days of receiving them).
(2) The 26th Jan bill is indeed your first bill, so I would surmise that your 11th bill will be dated on or around 26 November. Thus you only have another 10 or so days to get it to The Mobile Outlet...get your skates on!
