Hi,
Please can you PM your order details so we can investigate the matter. We appreciate your frustration regarding the dispatch note issues, and we have documentated the actions taken to deal with this query. It was an error and there s no way that any claim will be rejected on this basis. If you can send details via PM we can arrange to rectify the situation and make payment if the incorrect amount has been paid.

Ravinder, be careful these are not stalling tactics. I was e mailed on the 1st december by TMO informing me that payment would be within 5 days by BACS, so far nothing has been paid. They have so far not replied to my e mail informing them I will be going to the small claims court, they have until tomorrow.0

Thanks MO!Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0 -
So is it safe to deal with these people then if you follow their instructions to the letter
I'm pretty well organized and have had cashback deals with CPW, The Link, e2save and mobileshop with no real problems other than the odd polite email.
All 12 deals (me, wife & 2 kids) have been completed and honoured in full.:money:You're Damned If You Do & You're Damned If You Don't :doh:0
