    Hi,

If you want to email your order details we will be able to confirm the date and method of payment to be used to pay your cash back. Help ease the nerves a little;)

Hello All- I have received confirmation from TMO by PM on 29th Oct that the cash back would be credited to my bank account within 5 working days...I haven't seen the Credit in my account, I will let you guys know when it arrives---Hopefully today or tomorrow.....
I got my 6 monthly cashback the first time but I sent my 9th bill back recorded delivery on 6th October, I sent a email on 10th Nov, 23rd nov and 6th Dec and they have not replied to any of them. I have not given up hope yet but it seems that there are a lot of people in the same boat. I have just read about the emailing forumqueries team, will try that and let you know what happens
  • At last the cashback has been paid into my account by BACS, thank you mobile outlet  It took 45 days and numerous e mails but we got there in the end.
Customers shouldn't have to keep chasing though. You seem quite keen on keeping to the T & C's in rejecting claims for cashback so you should also be keen on paying out in the 28 day limit.

If it's a recorded delivery that you had used, yu can check online on https://www.royalmail.com for proof of delivery, print it out and mail to the mobileoutlet. Sometimes, royal mail may have lost the letter which has happened to me in the past. If that's the case, you cant get the cashback.

always use special delivery instead, costs a couple of pounds more but in my experience, lot more reliable plus you can insure for consequential loss

    Hi folks

At least the the Mobile Outlet are still actioning your payments, I wonder how many people such as my son and myself took out contracts via The Mobs and are yet to discover "they have taken the money and run" and we will not receive a penny.

We wished we were in your position which looks much more favourable from our side of the fence.

Keep up the good work MO as previously having mobiles via Dialaphone with no problems, we would be very reluctant to take up a similar offer in the future - given the loss incurred this time round, as we only took out contracts due to the cost to keep in touch with each other. Best we could do is downgrade our contract for remaining 4 months to minimise costs. Unless the MO can suggest anything better?

Sadly, have to accept some you win, some you lose.

Hope you all continue to get your money back.

    Happy Christmas.

    Regards

  • Hi
    The MobileOutlet Forum Query Team

I already have one 12month free linerental cash back deal on 3, signed in Nov 2006.
But I really want the Nokia 6680 cash back deal also on 3 now.

I am not sure there could be more than one cash back deal per household or per person. your term and condition did not mention anything (I did not see any).

Can I buy another cash back deal???

    please let me know.

    Thanks in Advance.
