I could have sworn when I took out my contract, it was with a free bluetooth headset.

However, none of the paperwork mentions it and days later the offer for the free bt headset with that phone (v3x on THREE - 12 months free) was gone.

Not heard anything about it since.

    Anyone else had this issue?

Perhaps mine is a similar situation. I ordered an LG phone on 3 and did not have my bluetooth delivered with it. When I phoned I was told they were out of stock but it would be with me soon. I phoned again and then contacted the Forum Query Team via a PM and it was resolved within 2 days of said contact (this was about 3 weeks after my phone arrived). Hope this helps.

Hi pkc, (Welcome to the forum)
It is not our intent to evade payment of your cashback, and if you have forwarded a SAE, your bills should have been returned in full. If you want to email forumqueries@themobileoutlet.co.uk or PM us, we will look into your application and provide more detailed information about its progress.

Firstly, we recieve all bills back with part of the 1st one missing.. which I would presume is done to stop duplicate applications...

I will not have time to do much as I am off on 4 weeks holiday... so I will have to do when I get back....

I would have expected some form of covering letter with the returned pack to say "thanks your application is being processed" with a number so it can be tracked online.. That would save you so much effort and man power.

Hi BVI. I had a similiar experience. I received a rejection letter a fortnight AFTER receiving the cashback credit. For peace of mind, I emailed the cashback team, inviting them to confirm that the rejection letter was an error, and that my entitlement to the 12-month cashback payment was still OK. I have an email to confirm that is the case; and I've saved the email, just in case I need it later.-

Thanks Mick- Can you please let me know the email id you got the confirmation from

I will wait to hear the reply from TMO on the submission of the 2nd Installment

Hi bvivekb - Your 11th and 12 month bills should be sent seperately within the timescale stated. We will contact the cash back team to verify which bills these should be and let you know in due course.

TMO_ Any update on this- Also, what should I be doing about the rejection letter which was received a couple of days before the amount was credited to my account. Shall I just ignore it and hope that the system would have been updated with the claim and that my 2nd Installment would not be affected. Please clarify if I need to take some action

    Thanks

But I'd still use the TMO email address posted in this Forum, if I were you. The Team seems to respond a little quicker if you use it.
    Good luck

    Hi Bvivekb,

We have emailed clarification of your 2nd cash back installment as requested.

  • Been watching this forum for a while now, having a cashback issue with TMO (see previous posts), but still can't work out why they respond really quickly to some people and others, like myself, are left just hanging on and waiting.

Poor show................ Looks like Trading Standards/Watchdog are in order TMO. This forum is obviously a waste of time for me.
  • !!!!!! I email main CS on 11th, Forum enquires on 14th, TMO Forum PM on the 17th, and still no reply. Hurry up...
