The Mobile Outlet: any good? (merged)

Hi,
It would appear the second phone has been dispatched in error by Dextra. Please email forumqeries@themobileoutlet.co.uk and we will arrange for the return and cancellation of the second handset. If you can email your order reference details, we will be able to establish what has led to the second dispatch. In the meantime can confirm you will not be liable for the additional handset.

To be fair, he spelled it as The Mobile Outlet did - it was their typo.

In the next few days I'm going to order 2 phones from MO, I can't see any T's & C's on the site regarding the cashback claim process. The phones are both on the 3 network and offer 12 mths cashback on a 12 mth contract0

Thanks for pointing that out, yes, I did just copy and paste, that'll teach me for the future!0
