Hi, just sign into your bank online (or ring them) and cancel the DD there (it's with 'Lifestyle Group Ltd.'). It doesn't kick in for three months but mine was set up a week after connection. You need then take no further action or contact MO. Cheers.0

I'd rather not rely on that info. just incase. I'd rather hear it direct from the horses mouth so to speak.
I've emailed them several times and all I get is:This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

So be it if you really want to waste so much time on this... However the insurance is nothing to do with MO, and they cannot cancel it for you. It is with the company I mentioned, Lifestyle Group Ltd, who MO pass your details onto. Your insurance with is LSG, therefore the quickest way to cancel it is with your bank: if you cancel the direct debit they CANNOT take payment from you, even if they try. I'd have thought this simple tip from my own experience would save you a great deal of time and hassle.....Gareth83 wrote:I'd rather not rely on that info. just incase. Hi, I have had a contract since January with the mobile outlet, and can't find my terms and conditions. I think that I had to send my 11th and 12th bills off to redeem my 2nd lot of the total 360 pounds back. Can anybody clarify this? thanks a lot0
-
The T&C are not entirely clear, the implication is that you have to send your 11th bill within 28 days of receiving it then send your 12th within 28 days of that one as well. i.e. do not wait for your 12th bill as it will be too late to send the 11th.
Deliberately confusing? I couldn't possibly say.0 -

You need to send your 11 Month and 12 Month bills off separately, to ensure that you do not breach the T&Cs. If in doubt, use the TMO customer service email in this Forum, just to be doubly sure Gemmell. Only then will you be certain that you've met your side of the contract.0
