Hi - Have sent 3 emails to the forum Team but haven't heard anythg..can anyone help....
Email- "I have received the credit of £ 157.50 into my account as the 1st Installemt towards my cash back.
However, I received a letter just 2 days before the credit into my account from TMO stating that my claim was rejected- Am not sure why this was sent. Looks like there are 2 different departments not working in sync....and i am skeptical that this does not affect my 2nd installment
Also, I would like to clarify the following for the 2nd installemnt of £210.
My bills are dated the 28th of each month and the 1st bill was Jan 28th. Now, for my 2nd installemt the T & C states that i need to submit the 11th and 12th months bill within 21 days.
Can you please confirm if the 11th and 12th month are to be submitted seperately or together & that the 11th and 12th months are bills that should be dated 28th Nov and 28th dec0 -
I am led to believe that 28 days after a claim you should get your cash back from MPO... Right-o... seems these guys like to evade payment at all costs....
We are owed over 400£ by them, they ignore calls, ignore emails and well basically ignore payment..
Sent all paperwork including a copy of their T&C sent with the purchase, as we were in the old set, 6th and 12th month. They have recieved and returned all paperwork, so they have had them. And they keep part of the 1st bill to stop you claiming again... < Even if they reject it.
I would say to all wanting a good cashback system, use e2save.. have used them in the past and never had any issues...0 -

What do you mean by ignoring calls. I have got through a number of times and talked to someone. But I must confess it is through this forum that I have made progress (although I may have made progress without it as it may just have took time as they suggested. I guess I wil never know).
for me the jury is still out and I am watching this forum with interest.0 -
Hi bvivekb - Your 11th and 12 month bills should be sent seperately within the timescale stated. We will contact the cash back team to verify which bills these should be and let you know in due course.
Hi pkc, (Welcome to the forum)
It is not our intent to evade payment of your cashback, and if you have forwarded a SAE, your bills should have been returned in full. If you want to email forumqueries@themobileoutlet.co.uk or PM us, we will look into your application and provide more detailed information about its progress.
The majority of customers are receiving their payments within 28 days, but for those who have received payment any later than 28 days, we apologise. Rest assured that measures are being put inplace to ensure that ALL customers receive their payments within the promised timescale. One of the main purposes of being an active member of this forum is to take constructive criticism on board and improve the level of service we offer to our customers.

Hi BVI. I had a similiar experience. I received a rejection letter a fortnight AFTER receiving the cashback credit. For peace of mind, I emailed the cashback team, inviting them to confirm that the rejection letter was an error, and that my entitlement to the 12-month cashback payment was still OK. I have an email to confirm that is the case; and I've saved the email, just in case I need it later.bvivekb wrote:Can you please confirm if the 11th and 12th month are to be submitted seperately
But, to be frank, don't rely on feedback from FORUM MEMBERS; our advice may be good but you need to use the TMO Customer Feedback email address to ask yor questions to the company - and get a response from the horses-mouth. You can't rely on a response from me or anyone else [apart from the TMO] when you need to pursue a claim through the courts.
Good luck

I could have sworn when I took out my contract, it was with a free bluetooth headset.
However, none of the paperwork mentions it and days later the offer for the free bt headset with that phone (v3x on THREE - 12 months free) was gone.
Not heard anything about it since.
Anyone else had this issue?0 -

If I'd had a similar issue I'd have returned the package within the 14-day cooling off period....in accordance with the contractual terms & conditions.
Maybe I'm beginning to lose the plot with this Forum. I thought that it was entitled "The Mobile Outlet: Any Good?"; and it has proved extremeley useful in identifying some of problems which others have had with TMO.
We seem to have encouraged TMO to create a direct email account, which allows Forum members to email them direct [and they appear to be responding quite well].
MONEYSAVINGEXPERT MEMBERS CAN'T RESOLVE PROBLEMS - WE CAN ONLY OFFER FEEDBACK BASED UPON PERSONAL EXPERIENCES.
I suspect that I'm going to unsubscribe to this Forum shortly, simply because it appears to be turning into a Complaint Registration Forum.0
