There is a link on the right of this ebay help page to reply to feedback left, click on that and you will probably be asked to log in, then find the feedback comment which you want to add the follow up comment to and use the reply link

so... what to put for reply ...???

Nitpick "faults" but refuses full ref. Check this muppets f/b - tried it before.

Cant think of anything better. Anyone?
  • Well for starters don't use the word muppet. I agree he is a muppet but the more diplomatic and objective your reply the better it will look and the more people will be more inclined to buy from you seeing your restrained response to an obvious idiot buyer.

Just be as factual as possible. This will just infuriate him more as he'll see that you're calm and restrained.

The whole thing will p*ss you off for a bit but a few sales later you'll have forgotten all about it.

No I don't think that is strong enough

"Fraudulent buyer switches phone and demands refund but refuses to return"

serial complainer- refuses 2 return 4 refund - chk other f/b left
    Give blood - its free
  • Personally I would avoid 'fraudulent' as although every man and his dog knows they are pulling a fast one you have no proof.

keep the suggestions for feedback coming people :) I'll respond tomorrow morning when I'm sure I'll be less pi**ed off.
  • If you do decide to leave feedback for him, start your sentence off with a positive note i.e quick payer etc so it can't be classed as a false positive and be removed.
It could be something like this "Quick payer but tries part refund trick with all sellers, ask them"

Then follow up to feedback left by him on your page,it could read something like this "Beware, buyer lies & tries to con refunds from sellers, check his FB"

You need to choose your wording carefully which will cause him damage and alert other sellers to his little game.
Don't email him as you don't want him to accuse you of harrassing him but if he carries on emailing you report him.
It's also worth reporting him to Ebay with your concerns as they might have had complaints about him before, even if they haven't they just might start watching him.
