stick to the facts in the feedback you leave him....something like

fast payer, found fault with item and asked for partial refund, offered full refund but buyer refused and left me neg..f/bk...

If he paid through Paypal, tell him to open a dispute up and go through them. If / When he does, tell them that you've already asked for phone to be sent back so you can check numbers etc and that you are willing to give a full refund on receipt of the phone. Paypal are likely to tell him to send the phone back to you anyway.

If he sends you a different phone, maybe don't stress, you sold a faulty phone and would be getting a faulty phone back.

"demanded partial refund 4 non existant fault but refused to return. Done b4 - C f/b"

Could you "cyber stalk" him i.e. watch what he buys, then as soon as he wins a phone auction, contact the seller and warn them?

At the very least you should contact ebay and complain.
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

But OP is not trying to leave feedback he is trying to leave a follow up to feedback which shouyld be easier to get something through the ebay sensors.

yep - just adding again - dont give +ve feedback, as the transaction has not been so, and rarely do people trawl through +ve's anyway!

respond to his -ve which will stand out more
