I have today found out that this scumbag has a separate seller account and he is currently selling a non- faulty D900... I still havent replied to the paypal chargeback against me, so can i use this information against him in my reply?
I rather fancy giving him a taste of his own medicine. :rotfl:Everybody is equal; However some are more equal than others.0 -

What is the account? I think you want to buy some items and say they not as described - and leave a few negs...0 -
1 - The idiot has now opened a case with Paypal, and paypal have deducted the £14 odd from my paypal. What can I do to dispute this?
Reply to the case: "As previously discussed, both of the photographs that you sent me of 2 different phones that you claimed to be mine were not of my phone - which is clearly photographed in the listing, and was sold as faulty as is stated on the listing.
I note that you have purchased several similar models. Possibly you are confused as to what you bought from each seller.
However I also note from contacting other sellers that have dealt with you including xxxx and xxxx that you are attempting to claim refunds from them too, so I find it much more likely that this is infact a fraudulent claim.
I already offered you a refund if you returned the item, even though it was clearly sold as faulty, and you refused to send it back."
Then escalate it to a claim
And then respond to the claim saying this buyer is a apparently serial fraud and a BRIEF description of why. Then state that the item was clearly sold as faulty, and had no physical damage when shipped so it is not SNAD.
You will probably still lose the dispute, but he still has to return it by an online trackable method to get a refund.
Then I would buy something expensive from him and do the same back inc paypal dispute (phone doesnt turn on, etc), then when they tell you to send it back for a refund, post him back something like ONE OF THESE by SD and neg him.

Esclaate the claim to paypal and state that you've offered a refund upon return of the phone.
Paypal will ask him to return it by a trackable method, they will only refund it if he does this. The penny pincher doesn't sound like he would want to waste the £3 minimum it would cost to send it recorded.
If he does, then refund him, knowing happily that he didn't get a penny discount and you caused him to fork out a few quid and a trip to the post office. If he sends it normal post, then keep it, say you never received it (I wouldn't do this with any honest buyer because it is wrong ,but this guy deserves it) and he won't then get his refund.
You have to accept that he might send you the broken phone back, and then it comes down to your word versus his, never been in that situation, so I don't know the answer to that one. Whatever you do, don't give in and refund him, as this will just encourage him to rob others. Please can you pm me his seller id.0 -
Refunds from Paypal are automatic once he puts tracking number in that shows delivery. Its not an optional process.
You could refuse delivery and let the item get sent back to him and hope he didnt keep the proof of posting. If he submits proof of posting via trackable method that shows the item was not collected then Paypal refund anyway!0 -

No they are not. It asks you to confirm that you have received the package, if you confirm, then they get the money instantly, if not they have to wait about 7 or 10 days.
In this period you can challenge it, especially if they've sent an empty envolpe and you can prove that the postage was too low for it to be what they claimed they were sending back.0 -
I wish you would post his seller link on here, that piece of trash needs a good dose of his own medicine. My OH was banned from selling on ebay because of another similar piece of s***e of a buyer, it's about time something was done to turn the tables on all these low lives  Good luck OP I hope you get it sorted without much more stress.0
