Hi Satan. littlemisscheeky is the 'other' user who contacted me on Friday via ebay when the same happened to her - i.e. he bought a faulty phone off her, started making excuses then gave her a neg when he realised she is on to him just like I was. The paypal account used by the 'buyer' has the same id as this seller and their location is the same. misscheeky has more details as she found out the account but I'm convinced this is the same guy .0 -
I have been following this thread for a while to see what happens to this idiot. I hope Op gets his money back!
Has anyone purchased anything would be interesting to see if the payment to Paypal goes to the same address as the Op got payment from?0 -

from the original sale and paypal do you have the guys postal address, if so you can put it into google earth see where he lives and go round and slash his tyres etc, or start putting his name and address into loads of spam email and other trinkets that come thru the post. It wont get your money back but will make you feel good that he is being plagued by post/spam email etc.
if you find his location on google earth post it on here someone on here may live close and can go round and give him what for.
If you have his personal email address go onto some "ahem" Adult sites and fill in his details for..........yes i would like to see strapping big naked hunks sent to my email address daily!!! or whatever deviant stuff you think will ruin his life. I personally would not recommend any of the above as its illegal for a start!!! So please dont go round doing any of the above. Just buy stuff from him and give him a taste of his own medicine. The more expensive the better
But make sure you leave neg that is relevant to the item 0 -

the reply.But be specific, ie- this is the phone
I sent and this is the phone I recieved
back.My phone on the listing is a black version
this one I recieved from the bidder is
a grey version of the same phone.
If you compare this picture below to the
pictures on my listing you will see for yourself
the two phones are different ones.
I think you have a good chance here
of winning.
if this bidder does win then at least you
have the satisfaction of knowing they
will not get the return postage refunded
small comfort but its cost them something

Do you think he couldve broken it himself as if he is trying to make onephone out of the two he already has a key pad, therefore breaking your one and asking for a part refund is getting him extra money. i think you should report him to ebay i bet he has done this many times before.0

Rosekitten, sorry to go slightly OT, but why do your posts always appear as if written in poetry? I wonder if its something to do with how you format them? It makes it quite difficult to read as I try and rhyme it as I go
