emailed me with the following reply:
What part of....... "IT IS NOT ECONOMICAL TO RETURN" ........don't you understand.
Is this a total lowlife or what??? I really can't be arsed with this idiot now. I'll be reporting him to ebay (but they wont do jack) and he's on my 'banned' list on ebay preferences. I wont even be replying to his stupid email... or shall I?
Time to move on i guess. Ebay wont do diddly squat. I'll just post a calm reply to the negative he's given me, all i can do is give him a positive back... shall i even bother wasting some keyboard taps to do that?
I'd be tempted to reply with "What part of...... I'M ON TO YOU, YOU LYING ****"...don't YOU understand?!?":D
Report him as you suggest. Even if they don't do anything, at least ebay will be aware. Maybe complaints against him are mounting up...you never know!
Do reply to his negative too, but why bother leaving him positive?! The best I'd give him is neutral with a short explanation as to why..."paid but decietfull buyer. Sellers beware!" That should pee on his chips!;)0 -

What about :
"Offered full refund on return, left neg because I would not give partial refund"
or
"Reported to eBay as I suspect buyer is trying 2 bully sellers 2 give partial ref"0 -

i didnt mean teh text i should respond with :money: i meant where is the link that lets me respond to any feedback?
Anyway, I'm determined not to let him get away with this. I'll be getting in touch with all his recent victims and asking them to report him too. But how can we collectively report him or do i ask them to send individual emails to ebay?0 -
Now I'm more confused than ever. This is the latest pic he has sent me (my auction pic on the right... his version on the left ...
Time to be firm with him and present him with the games he's been playing with previous sellers, and the option of sending the whole phone+box back for a refund ?

This is the email (or words to that effect) I want to send to him ... opinions?, or should I just open a case with Paypal and get this over and done with ... It's too early in the morning so I'd be grateful if someone can alter the wording a bit
...

I could be wrong but if you look at the word "samsung" below the screen in one picture it seems to be silver and in the other white - also the font is different.MSE PARENT CLUB MEMBER.ds1 nov 1997ds2 nov 2007:jFirst DDFirst DD born in june:beer:.0 -
You can leave the buyer a posative- but just write what you want- eg, "seller beware, unable to leave neg, fraud!" or just simply "Fraud! run a mile" but it would be marked as a posative so unless you are one of those that reads all feedback, would not be of any use.
Otherwise, just click on your feedback in the sellers profile and you can comment on feedback left so any buyers reading the feedback can get a two sided picture of the story. I like the suggestions given above- though would not do the **** one as it could make you look like a madman and buyers could be scared off.0 -
ok hows this for a reply on my feedback. I am only limited to 80 characters and this is right on the limit :
Nitpick "faults" but refuses full ref. Check this muppets f/b - tried it before.
I've added him to my ban list so thankfully wont be dealing with him again.0 -
