Not borked, turned off as they knew the flood of mail would come in. Very surprised a company of Apples size does not have an e-mail addy on their web site we can use.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

A lot of businesses don't publicise their email address. It's usually a web form you use to contact them.You'll Never Be Rich Working for Someone Else0 -
So people have been getting customer service email addresses of customer service people when ringing up?

at least they could offer 5% discount off you next order, like boots.com does when something is out of stock, plus huge appology.Have you got something to share - Do it.

They told me that they were not accecpting queries by email at the minute and the person would not give a an email address. I did however get a postal address which I can write to.0

I have just recieved a phone call from Apple from a Superviser reiterating what the CS rep previously said but I refused to accept and quoted all the info from this forum without naming it plus the fact that other forums are a;lso discussing it and have been given an Issue number escalating my complaint etc to Senior Managment.
I wait with bated breath !

This whole thing is strange, If they are going to cancel why is my order still awaiting shipping? Why did they send an e-mail saying they are sending an e-mail? Surely they are not that inefficient? at last someone gets somthink out of apple ....an issue number ..well at least its somthing ..you should consider yourself lucky ..out of curiosity ive spent the last hour or so surfing the web in search of steve jobs or anyone in authority at apples email address........what you discover is a very very secretive and tight organisation that has appaling customer service and a very very big legal arm. ummm when i say appaling i actually mean they are a very very very nice company.0
