h regards to T&Cs, apple almost certainly will be unable to enforce them as it does not allow you to not agree to them. T&C's are written by someone at Apple and do not supercede any contract law so you have to agree however if you had to tick the box to proceed (ie. it wasnt optional) then i think apple couldnt argue that as a case for non acceptance of the contract as it wouldnt be a fair one.

In another case, what if you linked straight to the education site and did not proceed through the official way in? No T&Cs to comply with. Oh dear, apple have just lost their argument
