Just had the same email. I can't believe it's taken them days to come up with that! No explaination whatsoever....

That's a pretty poor response from Apple. They should give whoever wrote it some training.... No decent explanation as to why, no mention of refunding the amounts back to our cards, and wouldn't it have been so much better to say 'sorry, we messed up, it was a pricing error, here have a £5 itunes voucher (or something) ?'........
