Hi
Another thought why dont you ring your local CAB and ask whats the best way to handle this
ie keep talking to the buyer or to ignore him.

the phone was sold on the 4th and from the date when it was reversed, up to the 27th I constantly
tried to contact you (over 20 days) to discuss the payment problem however you did not reply and when
you did you said that you were doing something and that you will discuss it later but you never did.
We have already covered the fault which you say the phone has earlier on this page and I have said
the phone came with 1years warrenty.0 -
Ashy, please don't regurgitate what we're saying here - you'll only inflame things.
The matter is out of your hands now: he will get a letter from the court asking him to pay the amount you are claiming, plus the £30 fee, within a certain time. If he wants to pay the total amount plus £30 now then fair enough. But otherwise, just let him stew. If he doesn't pay by the given time, he will be summoned to the court.Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.0 -

that still leaves me with a phone, with a fault, and no warranty, why dont you re sell the phone with
the warranty? and i send it back to you?
ashy_mashy 29-Dec-05 at 23:54:15 GMT
The phone came with warrenty as you can see in the picture of the listing which was in the pack and
if you have lost the warrenty card, you can call samsung and register your phone and they will tell
you that the phone has one years manufacturers warrenty.

the phone has been used by you and I will again emphasize that my listing does state no returns.0 -

ok i will certainly take a look, but i am going to bed now, if you wish to take this further then so
be it, but all this could have been avoided if only you answered your phone, i will try once more
tomorrow, then i am travelling to see my mum again, who is still ill, so it will be hard to get hold
of me, if in the mean time you wish to speak to me, you have my number
princesshoney69 29-Dec-05 at 23:57:27 GMT
ok but its also against ebay regulations and paypals, to sell a faulty phone!!
ashy_mashy 30-Dec-05 at 00:00:24 GMT
I will repeat that the phone is brand new, I have proof of purchase. I will again repeat what I said
earlier that this will be the only way I will keep in contact for the reasons I gave earlier in this
dispute.0 -
Im tired of this and might just go to bed myself, as you guys said, this guy isn't going to pay and there's no point discussing it anymore. But at the same time could he claim that I cut contact?0
