    The answer to your question is in the very first post;
    I jumped on ebay and left them a bad feedback. Then he got back to me with a very angry tone saying that he hasnt had access to the internet for a while and he was doing something when I called him so he couldnt pick up. He said WHY DID YOU LEAVE ME A BAD FEEDBACK when you can see I have 60 rating points and the reason it was reversed was something to do with the bank. So unlike all odds I had to say sorry to him and told him he can pay 20 pounds less as a result of my mistake! and then the feedback was mutually withdrawn.

    The OP gave negative feedback, but the buyer then contacted him and told him to remove it, which he did and for some reason also started offering discounts...

  • Hey, just wanted to thank everyone who helped me sort it out, he's finally paid by bank transfer as I said earlier. I still haven't cancelled the court though, I have delayed it by a month just incase he has any tricks up his sleave.

    What's going to happen with the chargeback on the paypal though?
    Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam
  • nothing, I will have to just pay the amount owed to paypal. Paypal has not charged me anything for it. The problem is, my balance was -£223 because of the charge back, after 20 days (I think) of negative balance the amount was converted to $400 (which became the new fixed amount) and then due to currency conversion the amount became -£233 (still $400), so Im just waiting for the currency to change again and hopefully it will change back to around -£223. I have also emailed paypal asking them to reduce it.

    frankly, you should have done that a while ago, you're an idiot for not listening to advice, and it's now cost you

    sorry if thats harsh, i just get fed up whenever people ask for advice, don't follow it, then complain :-(

    REPORT IT STOLEN
    BLOCK THE IMEI

    let the new buyer chargeback the seller
    money saving my @rse.
    I've spent 10x as much as I would if I had never discovered this website :-)

  • what do you mean not listened?I think you need to read the posts I posted last week!He has finally paid and there was no need for blocking the phone!(i.e.my ebay problem is over). I'm just saying maybe I should block it even though he has paid, as revenge (which would be evil and may get me in trouble)
