How much Spam can you fit in a thread !
What these companies and individuals connected to the company don't realise is that when you spam a forum with fake praise it stands out so much because your language/text is in PR style - you simply cannot type normally. The man without a signature.0 -
had a pushchair for a week and a large crack has appeared in the side so as its not safe for my 3 month old grandson to be in it we asked for a refund as we have lost confidence in this pushchair, I have been told that the responsibility lies with their supplier, being a manager myself and very clued up with retail law I stated the sales of goods act to them and the fact that I entered into a contract with them and not their supplier I was then told my pushchair had been used and Asda wouldn't take back a second hand dress...sorry the only relevance that I could find with that statement is that Asda ALWAYS gives excellent customer services, so I then demand my money back only to be told I was very lucky this was being delt with as we damaged the pushchair with the intention of a refund. My grandson is now going into the 5th day without a pushchair to be fair they have offered us a loan pushchair but thats just another insult,
ANYONE KNOW WHO THE MD IS...I would want to know if this was my business, just going to try LTD house, I think the name should be regestered on there.0 -
I have ordered 3 items from this company and have been happy to be honest. I ordered a toy which was the cheapest on the net and item was recieved with 3 days and a few months later I ordered 2 car seats again with me within 3 days. I havent had to return anything though.0

Well, I was a little worried about ordering my baby's cot from PLO on account of some of the posts in this thread, but I can say my experience so far is very good.
The cot (Cossatto Tove) was the cheapest one of its variety on the web, and was advertised with a "free mattress". Shortly after ordering, I got the confirmation email with tracker number, and later, the Parcelforce tracking system kicked in, emailing me where my cot is etc. It did get delayed for a day (due to "adverse weather conditions") but I do live at the far end (Penzance) of Cornwall, so understandable given all the snow we've just had.
Unfortunately, the cot arrived (good condition etc) but no mattress. However, called them back and the customer service is exceptionally good.
My mattress is now on the way (the Parcelforce tracking has kicked in again) and although I haven't received the mattress yet (I'm sure I will), I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company, and will consider further purchases as and when needed. They were very helpful on the phone, so I am a little wary of some of the negative posts on this thread from posters who only have 1 or 2 posts!0 -
That sounds like another fake praise post. After all who would use a company after reading this thread about them? And how come their customer service is suddenly brilliant?0

Oh i get you, very good
I still stand by the point though that because a company has provided bad service at some point through their life they can turn it around and provide good service. Unfortunately for the people who they gave bad service to it often means they won't trust them againAlways ask ACAS0
