Boil/steam them then smash them up with butter. Or boil/steam them then mix in orange juice and honey with them. MmmmmmmFirst they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.0

Grate them and bung them in the freezer.
Or make carrot cake?
Carrot soup?Man plans and God laughs...Perhaps travel cannot prevent bigotry. But by demonstrating that all people cry, laugh, eat, worry and die, it introduces the idea that if we try to understand each other, we may even become friends.0 -
When I have a glut of carrots I cook them and then mash them (just like potatoes) and freeze in portions.
You will often see in supermarkets among ready-meals side dishes of carrot and swede mash or carrot and potato.... so basically I make my own, freeze them and then use as needed. If you feel my comments are helpful then I'd love it if you 'Thanked' me!0 -
Chop them up and put them into bags and freeze them,so when you want a portion of carrots they are there. :-)
