What's the point of ringing them today when they have clearly stated
Which coming from someone sat in their ivory tower who has already received theirs just rubs salt in the wound, thanks for that.
I am quite certain my email is probably not coming seen as the majority of people all have theirs. Thats why I am getting anxious about having to wait even longer to get my money back.0 -

You need to wait for the second email !"The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."

The first e-mail, sent this week, is the same for everyone and just outlines the claim process. The second message, which is being sent over the next few weeks, is the one that enables you to log on and transfer your money. Presumably it will be personalised in some way so that people can't just log on using the instructions that have been sent to others.0 -

I just phoned FSCS on 02078927300 option 4 and was told that they will be sending out mails over the weekend and if I haven't heard by MONDAY to call back - another weekend in limbo ! it's as bad as when we were waiting for KE/ING CHAPS transfers ! I said do you realise how frustrating this is and the guy said he did then he said "YOU MAY EVEN GET YOUR SECOND EMAIL AT THE SAME TIME"0
