In your other post it was "your friends loan that was wiped out".

    What a start to gaining trust:rolleyes: .

    Your post is here

    QUOTE

im tryin to spread the word please help me....
did you know that if you have reclaimed your ppi this autimatically makes your loan unenforcable!

My friend told me how he wrote off his whole loan the other day.. i didnt believe him one bit untill i started looking it up today and its actually true not a lie.

As soon as the bank has accepted they have mis sold apart of your contract it actually makes the rest of the contract null and void!!!

Thus you can claim again against your loan/finance sayin that it is unenforcable!

I found this company that do it www.

im sure there is probs a few others but i just couldn't be botherd to look ooops lazy

    Hi folks,

A TV programme is doing an investigation into First Line services, and they are keen to speak to some people who have been affected.

If you would like to get involved, please private message the journalist. I have given her permission to post her details below.

(They don't want to mention the name of the TV show, as it would spoil the investigation).

  • I am the Managing Director of First Line Services (UK) Ltd. I'd like to start with we do not monitor this site, the challenge we have is that when potential clients put our name into a search engine such as google, this site appears in the sites found section.

This is a message to all clients or potential clients of First Line Services (UK) Ltd: -

We have been established since January 2007, we first started out offering warranties on mobile phone handsets and electrical products, such as playstations, xboxes, and laptops etc. Early in 2008, we applyed to the Ministry of Justice to be come regulated by them as we wanted to start providing a service rather than sell and market warranties. We have been regulated since August 2008 and have been offering potential clients the chance of claiming back unlawful charges on any loans, finance of credit cards that they may have taken out over the past 6-7 years. Yes we require an admin charge to process the claims pack, but this admin charge is refunded along with any clients unlawful charges.
Once one of the account managers has spoken with any potential client and the client wishes to proceed, no monies will be taken unless the client has spoken with one of our experienced Quality Control executives, in which all calls are recorded.

I am very dissappointed with anyone who would put comments on here, that we are a scam, all we are trying to do is claim back unlawful monies for clients who were unaware that their bank, building society or finance company have unlawfully taken off them.

I hope this clears everything up for anyone who is unsure about our successful company.

If not please do not hesitate to contact me on my private mobile during working hours on 07970 747017.

Just had some guy phone me out of the blue claiming to be from this company saying i am owed £2500 from when at a previous address and they wanted £99. deposit to cover cost of legal docs.
went on to ask for bank carn details. i refused to give them and asked for various forms of cotact numbers. websites etc.
strangely no website exists for the one they provided and the customer services number had an error on it and was not working!
i dialled 1471 and got 07533893510, when i rang this back there was a very suspicious pause nd recognisable click of a divert taking place.
the same guy has just rang back despite me asking for 2 hrs to check things out, he must have waited 1/2 an hour if that. told him not happy with circumstances etc and challengedhim regarding various post on this site. he became defensive and continued with his attempt to take bank details.
Not having anything to do with this firm, there are just too any dodgey factors.
tell them to get lost, if not be very very carefull.

So let me get this right, you cold call people, tell them that they have been mis-sold PPI (how do you know?) and then ask for their debit card details? If you are so cocky that you can reclaim you could take the fee from there. If you refund the fee as you claim, how do you cover your operating expenses? Sorry but your business model reads CON from top to bottom
    [strike]Debt @ LBM 04/07 £14,804[/strike]01/08 [strike]£10,472[/strike]now debt free:j

    Target: Stay debt free

Th reason we ask for an admin fee is for 2 reasons.

    1. The admin charge is clear, its to administrate the papaerwork and cover the initial costs.

    2. We tested sending out the forms with no admin fee and we only received 15% back as alot of potential clients when contacted said they could not be bothered. Now we charge an admin fee we get 90% of packs back in as the client feels they should do something as they have paid an initial fee.

I hope this answers your query.
  • just had a phone call from this company (Dave) saying i was owed £2,500 on PPI i shouldn't have paid, they said i should have had a letter a few months ago. he asked me to confirm my bank details & give my acc no so they could pay me: i told him no cos had no idea who he was. he said that they are regulated through the government & gave a CRM no (CRM4628). he said they'd need £99 in order to send the paperwork out but that would be returned! & that the claim would cost me nothing cos their fees are taen from the insuring companies. he gave me a customer services no 0871 906 9720. he asked if he could call back so i just said i would look into the co & get back to them if i wanted to.
sounds dodgy to me but will look into it, more than likely will use templates from here though.

I hope you have made your lawyers aware that your people are cold calling. A solicitor is in breach of the Law Society Regulations by accepting cases that have been initiated by cold calling. That information came directly from an officer at the MOJ. You must have heard of them, they are in all the papers.
I am a former Broker, former IFA and former compliance officer, for my sins.

However, I have since seen the light.
