Proactionacai / Proactiondiet - most unhelpfull company wont refund my money this is a totla scam as i said earlier. I have reprted them to: Complaints board, IC3.Gov, FTC.gov, econsumer, Watchdog, and the Trading Standards - I have also sent over 600 emails just kept sending them as they send automatic generated emails - sent over 600 since 26th April just for the fun of it. I have sent a letter to them today at this address PO BOX 4802, Sheffield, S10 9FE - Stating my rights to a full refund under the Distance Selling Regulations - I will not give up until i get a full refund as they have never sent any products - just took £117.48 in total from my bank account. If you have had any dealings with this company then please don't give up if they have taken money from you then do all you can to get it back the more you fight the better your chances are of winning - I will let you know when i receive my refund.

I almost fell for this but something didnt feel right, but for some the ads could be very convincing especially if you are on a downer about your weight (as I am, preholiday freakout!!!).

Am so glad that I checked on here first and saw the posts regarding this scam. I guess it if seems to good to be true then it almost definately is!!!!!

If it wasnt for Forums like this a lot more people would be getting scammed or not know what to do or be too embarrased to speak out. :T
Hoping 2015 will be a better year :)

Dont know if this has been mentioned already apologies if it has but someone I know had before and after weight loss photos on a Weight loss forum. Acai berry copied them, put them on their website. made up a totally false story which accredited her success to their product.

The person in the pictures should seek damages (or "an account of profits"?) for that gross breach of copyright.

So now even KGB deals (owned by 118 118) is getting involved in promoting the products used in these colon cleanse and acai scams?
Considering their reputation during the Cold War, do you suppose there are many people who'd want the KGB anywhere near their colon?

She made enquiries but was basically informed that as her photos were 'in the public domain' she had no come back

    That is utter nonsense!

    Who told her such rubbish?
  • I am normally quite a sensible person who never does anything without looking in to it first but I am embarrassed to say that I too have been sucked in to this scam. I signed up for the free trial this afternoon and realised tonight that I had been scammed. I have e-mailed the company back to cancel the trial although I am not sure if this will work. I have a€so cancelled my credit card. Does anyone know if cancelling my credit card will make a difference if the Company try to take further money from my account.

Can anyone tell me the best way out of this big mess! Any advice will be gratefully received.
