I would immediately report your card stolen, to be sure these thieving fukkers dont get a penny, and do a charge back with your bank for any amount you have been debited with.

The US BBB (Better Business Bureau) is telling people to report the company to the FBI due to the number of complaints! www.ic3.gov

You can also file a complaint at www.FTC.gov (even if you live in the UK) or use www.econsumer.gov

If these peeps are in the US, why not hit 'em with a Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaint, which you can do through the BBB website. You'll need to find the BBB office closest to the company's address first, but you can submit it online.

If enough of those affected by this "company" do it, the BBB will have to take action, and hopefully pass it to the FTC for further actions at a federal level.

I just called to cancel and received email confirfmation, however, seeing as I will not receive the package before my 14 day trial is over, I will be charged £60!!!! even though I cancelled my card.

Go to Holland & Barrett - it's surely less hassle ;0)

Of course there aren't.

The way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more. The way to stay healthy is to exercise and have a good diet. There isn't anything you can buy in a bottle which will help you achieve either; and if there was, it'd be much bigger news than something sent via a spam e-mail or a claim on a dodgy blog.

I'm not saying anyone is stupid for falling for things like this, Just bear it in mind please people
