Grrrr! I hate jumped up little gits on customer "service" lines... just rung to switch tv&broadband from old house to new house...but the new house doesn't provide Virgin apart from through a BT landline until May...so their solution is to pay BT £11 for line rental and £15 to Virgin for the broadband...daft huh? So I said, fine I'll have to cancel it then, but oh no - you have to give them 30 days notification of cancelling or incurr £32.50! But they're quite happy to come get my tv box before then. Gits.

    I hate them all.

On the plus side (even tho it cost :() I've set up the mail redirection online...so who next? British Gas methinks...*sigh* I so can't be @rsed with this....

  • Isn't there a service online that can take care of all of this for you? Even if there is a small charge, would it be worth it?
I'll try to have a wander around t'internet later and find out.
I was going to say that it might be worth paying BT nust for the few months it is, but it's probably a years contract.

    Aww thanks :)

I'm a little too well endowed at times!! Hence the reason why I need straps adding...in a big way! ;) We weren't supposed to take pictures either, but I've never been a line tow-er  The assistant told us we shouldn't take any more pictures cos the Area Manager was there lol! But it was (ah the blessed relief!) one of the few shops where you could put the dress on yourself, so we took the sneaky detail ones in the fitting room :shhh:
I like the black too but it's not in keeping with the colour schemes ;)

    Thanks Suep too :)

As for the house moving...is it bad that the thing I'm most worried about is setting up a broadband provider so I don't have have to be away from my beloved internet?! :rotfl: Thanks for the links Raeh and Cwta.
