I did (what was diagnosed as) the depression thing when I was 16ish and parents ran away and left me (long, long complicated story). I'm unconvinced now how much was the Black Dog and how much was the beginnings of ME (as I ended up in hospital with massive abdo pains that were eventually just put down to IBS, but consultant now thinks is ME related)Constantly having to work to keep myself out of the black hole; but I gather that lupus does weird stuff to the brain chemistry, so that might be a contributory factor.

...Anyway, I digress...my point is, I can empathise, and I know what it can be like to struggle to stay out of the pit of despair, I really struggled after sister et al were involved in Tsunami 
You certainly made up for ex-OH with Mr LW! :T
Speaking of OHs...mine managed to leave the heating on at my house on Sunday eve (when I chose option b Cwta)...a thing I only discoved on my return at 11am this morning!! :eek: I am now DREADING the bill
