Heskpesk,
You are heading for another fall, you were warned in your e-mail from Ebay not to open another account. You really need to get this sorted out and not try to by pass the rules. You have been warned on hre and by Ebay but don't seem to be taking any notice. Please make sure you do things the right way.
There's nothing to lose when you're permanently suspended.
It's not like one day they have second thoughts.
If you have the ability to open a new account then why ever not?
It's not like ebay is god."Love you Dave Brooker! x"

I notice Levis are not on the list??? Also I have seen thousands of Bench and Abercrombie products on EBay????
From my earlier post:
Why are there other listings like mine that have not been removed?
We review all listings that are reported to us by members of eBay and participants in the VeRO (Verified Rights Owners) Programme. These items may not yet have been reported to us or they may not been seen as Infringing by the Rights Owner.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Quick question for those kind enough to help so far:
I have one oustanding parcel with I have whilst waiting for an echeque to clear. I guess I just keep checking Paypal and post when it clears is this correct-thanks?
Also I have had messages form buyers saying they are really pleased with there item and how can they leave positive feedback as "no longer registered". How should I reply to these people as I guess there is no way or advantage in leaving feedback now account has gone? Thank you0 -
Dave, "indefinitely suspended" is not the same as "permanently suspended". My take on it is that an indefinite suspension gives no indication of the length of the suspension, but does not rule out that the suspension will, at some point in the future, be lifted. A permanent suspension is just that - permanent, never to be lifted. That's why people are telling Heskpesk not to do as you are suggesting, as it will result in his suspension being made permanent. At least with an indefinite suspension, there's a chance Ebay will lift it at some point (and with a lot of grovelling by Heskpesk). In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

Ebay rules are anti uk consumer and nothing to do with UK law.
What of all the people on this site who get their bank charges back??"Love you Dave Brooker! x"
