I have printed out the 3 messages to clarify the situation:

Message 1 : 2.10am : MC 019 Ebay Listing Removed Trade Mark Breach (243682831) approx 22 items listed

Message 2: 2.11am: MC 019 Ebay Listing Removed Trade Mark Breach
(243682831) two items listed (both Levis)

Message 3: 2.37am: MC199 Ebay Registration Suspended (243682831)


I have shown a friend a print out and he thinks the following title description may be partly responsible:

Levi Jeans Faded Blue Waist 32 leg 32 Red tab Style: 581

He thinks that the title may have been construed as Levi Style whereas the use of the word style was as in style number ie 581????

So it seems within the space of 30 mins in the early hours of this morning 3 messages were sent 2 to confirm Listing Removed and one notification of suspension. All connected to the nine digit number: 243682831

I still think that number is a red herring.

Look at your other item numbers - they're 12 digits long!

Thank Fay- Does seem strange although when I did a search for that number instead of it saying not recognised it stated item removed.

It seems a combination of the first two messages has resulted in the third suspension message with all messages having that weird number on.

Does anyone know a number where I can speak to someone as every number I have tried has directed me to email support

The first breach relates to 22 of your listed items. The second breach relates to the two pairs of levis. Were you selling 22 of the same make item? If so, you can go from there to work out what it was that caused the issue.

The items were not all Levi's but they were mainly all designer as is virtually all the previous 600+ sales. The ones removed included Armani, Timberland (who I am sure are on Vero) and D and G to name a few.

What have you go to do: prove your items a genuine and explain why you're not a business??

I don't mean to be rude but I think you may well fit the bill perfectly for the type of retailer that ebay want to cleanse from the site- unestablished and small, in very big sector (not really the shopping mall experience), and going on the sales soolin has said, not registering as business may really come back to haunt you.

Thank you. The 22 items were all different used clothes so nothing really specific or different to any other listing. The two pairs of Levi's were just second hand Levi's same size different style. As I mentioned one did have style in the title as inn style number I wonder if it was picked up as Levi style jeans and therefore thought I was abusing the Levi name (although I was not). This does not account for the other 22 on the separate list though??

I got on live help today and they said i would have to wait for the safety team to get back to me.

I have visited Paypal and posted all items that needed posting. The two pairs of Levis had actually finished but I was awaiting payment so guess that transaction will not completed??

The account is in my partners name as she was doing Ebay long before we got together so feel even worse now as there does not seem to be a way to rectify what ever the problem was??

I dont know what I have to do because I still do not know what the problem is apart from on every message it states unauthorised item and Trademark breach??
