Urgent Advice Required Please- Account Suspended

I think deleted and just cleared my trash folder before going to bed last night. My partner is in a right state as to how to deal with this. I found live help but gives special link for suspension- this links just directs me to form to email customer service which I have done requesting assistance and a call.

I still cannot double check what the offending item was as item number search says removed and cannot find any old emails showing that item.

Would appreciate any help as very worried and stressed

A quick rummage of your account shows this is a major suspension, even the old stuff you have feedback on has been removed. However I have looked through all 52 of your 'listed' items (ie not sold) and that item number doesn't tally.

You must have had other warnings, this is too serious for a single breach. The fact that you have been indefinitely suspended and not just a short term suspension also rings major alarm bells. An indefinite suspension is usually only after a few warnings, actually not declaring yourself as a business may well have counted against you here as there are undisclosed limits on the number of designer items that sellers can list, and a private seller gets a lot less leeway.

i think they give you about 4 strikes before being out.

the whole vero thing is open to debate.
if you only have one account with them, I would suggest you open a new account with different name & card details

I have not had any other warnings and still cannot work out what the offending item was

Sorry but I think you have been sailing to close to this for a long time and Ebay have said DO NOT open another account. If you do this your be in more trouble. I have seen other warn you on here already.

how many pairs of levi's are you selling???

only send what you have been paid for (paypal will tell you this, although based on the above, the descriptions won't be sufficient for you to track down the items)

Sorry but that is terrible advice. Trading while suspended means permanent suspension which I can't see would help the OP at all.

At the moment the suspension is not permanent and there is a chance it can be sorted out.

can you be permanently suspended? would it not be a permanent exclusion?
