East Midlands Trains have an offer that allows unlimited travel for one day only from a selected station to anywhere on the network for £10 for Adults and £5 for Children. They call these Red Dot Days.
They’ve just had a Red Dot Day from Sheffield and the next one is from East Midlands Parkway on 30 January.
You have to download a Red Dot Day voucher from their website.
East Midlands Trains plan to hold Red Dot Days at their most popular stations including Leicester, Derby and Nottingham throughout 2010.0 -

I do not understand your comment.
There are some excellent deals in Devon and Cornwall.
Just a couple of examples...
Devon and Cornwall Rover ticket. Unlimited rail travel for three days for £40.00.
Train ticket from Plymouth to Exeter for £3.00... a bargain for an hour's travel if ever there was one.
Ok, that last one is not Cornwall, but train from Penzance to Exeter for £6.00 isn't too bad is it?
I won't bother with your "Not just for Transport either." sentence if that's ok... this is a transport thread after all.0 -
Arriva Trains Wales have brought back the Club 55 offer, starting from the 10th January until 19th March. I recieved an email newsletter from them last night and I'd image there will be station posters and leaflets going out to ATW stations this weekend.
Club 55 - Anyone who's 55 or over can travel anywhere on the Arriva Trains Wales network for £15 return. Ticket can be brought over the phone or at train station.
Must have been a popular deal if ATW have decided to bring it back :rotfl:0 -
