This time I'm sure I'm going to be stressing whether my waters go in the middle of Asda .
I still remember what our biology teacher said to us all those years ago...
In late pregnancy, ALWAYS carry an umbrella. Then wherever your waters break, however embarrassing the situation, open your umbrella, look up, & tell the person nearest to you that the roof is leaking/it's raining0 -

Good luck today Krystaltips, thinking of you xxx
Re: Baby weights. I delivered all three of mine the old-fashioned way. #1 was 12lb 3oz, #2 was 9lb 3oz and #3 was 7lb 3oz (delivered at 37w, forecast to be 10lb+ at full term). I'm hoping that pattern means this one will be a tiny 6lb 3oz and will pretty much fall out
re: Scans for normal people
Up here you get ONE scan at 13 weeks. That's your lot. I'm 10w and haven't seen my regular midwife yet, haven't had my booking appointment or anything. The only people I've seen were at the early pregnancy unit.

Krystaltips - Thinking of you this morning and sending loads of support your way.
After a teary night, i was ever so pleased to have my hand on my tummy, only to feel bubs give a nice hard push against it. i was thrilled. after doing some lifting on the weekend i scared myself silly that something could be wrong, so was mighty pleased that bubs let me know s/he was moving about strongly. Such an amazing feeling. God, i think i will cry for the world when i actually feel a kick0 -
Blotted, I think alot of the first timers here will be hoping 12lb 3oz is a typo  :rotfl:

At least I am working from home (mainly because I am just NOT driving anywhere after my incident being in the office on tuesday where I threw up...
