(dont want to push my luck lol)

Thanks for the link mirror, slightly different kind of oatcakes though... Google Staffordshire oatcakes for the best ones!

And on the whole trying for another baby... I'd be happy to stick with DD and this one... DH would be willing to go for another couple after this one!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Just thought I'd add my EDD of 27th June 2009. I have an appointment with the midwife on Friday, but I'll only be 6 weeks, is that a bit early?

  • No No No No No No No:eek:

mirrorimage - you must think we are mad!!!

Think pancake made of oats and filled with bacon and cheese and other breakfast goodies

Edit - hi pinkpig! don't worry - all the horror was not aimed at you!
6 weeks is a little early (it's usually 8 weeks) but not too early.

I saw my midwife at 6 and then again at 8 (mix-up at docs!)

oh yeah i see what you mean :o (am now slinking off into the corner to hide my face )

im into teacakes at the moment but only like the ones at work and im off for a week as its half term, i should of brought some home but didnt think of it lol, i cant wait to get back to work to get my hands on the tea cakes, they come from basildon bakeries and they have let me order some cash on delivery so i can stock up.

i have posted another thread in this section about nannies and mothers help when returning to work so if anyone knows about it please have a little read and give me some advice. thankyou x

p.s. i now want to taste some of those oatcakes after seeing all the delicious things you can put with them............... im going to have to satisfy my baby with some pancakes instead

  • Hi to Pinkpig, Mirror, Molly & Nicole and welcome to the thread! Have I missed anyone?! x

I conceived my first two pregs on the first cycle (m/c my first) and the second cycle for this baby maybe because, erm, we weren't, how should I put it, as active as pre-Poppy!! :D :rotfl:.

I knew I didn't want Poppy to be an only child and DH decided only a few months after the birth that we would try for a sibling for her to grow up with. And as I have just turned 35  we were well aware of the loud tick-tocking! ;)

    xxx
