rosies_mum - It was actually all fine once the head was out haha!
I feel ok today. I was violently sick in work yesterday because some thoughtless twazzock left a jug of milk in my heated meeting room for around 3-4 days, I walked in and nearly keeled over with the smell0 -
so when does the morning/day/evening sickness start cause i cant remember, i had a couple of weeks where i felt a bit iffy with my first and with my second i was constantly sick the whole way through, use to pass out and all sorts. i just cant remember at how many weeks it started.

Morning all,
my 20wk scan today, just not looking forward to the pint and a half of water i have to drink one hour before, when I went for my scan with Millie I'd drunk too much and the sonographer made me go let a bit out, anyone ever tried that? Having a tiny wee when you desperately need a really big one? So will try hard not to overdo it this time.
Taking Millie with us to meet her new brother or sister as its half term, don't know how we are going to manage it we want to know the sex but we don't want Millie to know (cos she can't keep a secret)MFW Start Sep 07 £79484, Now £587740 -

MM - all the best for your scan. The letter i received with my appointment told me to come with a 'comfortably full' bladder (whatever that was). I just drank throughout the morning like i usually do and didn't go to the loo until after 11 am or something (appointment was 2.30pm).
As for finding out if you will be having a boy or a girl, could the sonographer write it down for you or mouth it to you out of the eye shot of Milly? That is what my sonographer did. I didn't/don't want to know what i am having, but hubby really did so i let her tell him and she mouthed it to him whilst i had my eyes closed.0 -

I'm terrified of the birth at the moment. Everyone has been telling me horror stories about blood up the walls and tearing and things. Doesn't help that I was with my SIL when she had her two, and both were traumatic births.
I was discussing pain relief with my Mum, and how I've decided that I don't want to give birth anymore. I don't want opiates or an epidural, but I've got a really low pain threshold. She said I'll be find on gas and air, and that I'm built for childbirth. All the women in the family have really easy labours, even with twins. Should I be hopefully?
Probably far too early to be thinking of this, but I'm all worried!Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0
