Sorry I dont have any reccomendations but seek advise from your midwife as apparently it's not advised to use a tens during pregnancy.
You can rent them from some places.

It's been busy on here since Friday!!

Ems - I did the test and it was right about us having a boy...but then again it does have a 50/50 chance!

AM - goats cheese is a no-no unfortunately.



A few times in the last day or so I have heard a cracking of the bones in my pelvic region...I also had some shooting pains in my groin last week (nothing that lasted too long). Do you think that this is the start of SPD? Is there anything I can do to stop it developing?

I thought you couldn't use them in pregnancy as well, hired mine from our local Lloyds chemist last time.

HI Ladies, havent been on here for a very long time! Had a very busy year with passing driving test getting married and falling in pregnant in Aug. I'm due 4th may09 with my 4th little one already have 2 dd's and 1 ds!
I am in a stress today because everyone I speak to is getting a 12 week scan and being in wiltshire have to blinking wait for the 20 week scan! I have this really strong feeling its twins and want to know Now not in 6 weeks time.
I did manage to hear a heartbeat today on my doppler so am very relieved with that, was starting to think I had a dodgy doppler!

MFD sadly not Today has been a particularly bad day and for some reason the evenings have been worse the last couple of days Still refusing to step the pills up to 2 a day again let alone the 3 they have told me. It's just impossible to do anything if i take that many as I sleep for about 3 hours each time I take one... I'd be out cold for 6 hours during the day and a waste of space for the rest The good thing is I sleep well at night, but that's about the only good thing...

Just found out this week that I'm expecting. Took a year to decide to go ahead as I was so nervous but my OH of 6 years always wanted 2, but it was hard enough last time, this will be baby no.6 for me. Each time it got harder to carry and I've never been good at slowing down. Will be giving up working as soon as I'm able. Really scared about the next few months, took advice and told it would be fine if I took things easy. Just sinking in!

Freya I'd explain your concerns about twins to them and see if they will do a scan for you?

Have you tried anything other than the cyclizine? Perhaps something else wouldn't have such a sedating effect?
