it's otherwise known as valium, very addictive, and very dangerous when taken with alcohol.
Valium is actually Diazepam which is used for anxiety in mental health problems. Street name for Tamezepam is 'jellies' and is used to help you sleep.
As had been said, both very addictive so not usually given to a person with an addictive personality and also usually not given to someone with severe mental health issues as it can be abused, with alcohol, with tragic consequences. A person that has previously harmed themselves could quite easily save up 2 weeks worth (14 tablets) and do some serious harm.
Also to add that if people don't like what I - or anyone else for that matter - writes then tough. It's a public forum and to me, a spade is a spade and I say what is on my mind. I'm like this in real life so I don't see why I should be any different here. There are many walks of life and many opinions using this board and if people are offended by people having a conflicting/nasty/boring/bitter etc etc view, then the log out button is just to the top right hand side.0 -

I used to get them from the street and my understanding was Blue's and yellows were both valium, the blues being the stronger ones. i coudl be wrong, prob am, but they do come from the same family and the only difference i ever noticed was the D's (blues) were stronger,
i agree with the rest of your post though.
Blue and yellows and whites are vallies (and blueys are the stronger ones followed by yellows and then whites)....jellies are tamazepam. Same family yeah, but if they are being taken properly prescribed by a GP;) then they have different uses.
Thank you:D0 -

Valium is a Trademark. Diazepam is the generic chemical nomenclature. In the UK they come in Blue 10mg, Yellow 5mg & White 2mg as generics. Both Diazepam and Temazepam are benzodiazepines each with their own [more or less] properties. Temazepam is an hypnotic benzo and no longer widely available and certianly not in a gelatine "jelly" formula due to abuse by injection drug abusers.
In terms of benzodiazepines Temazepam is one of the most powerful available. Concurrent with other CNS depressants such as alcohol death is more likely than one would imagine!0
