It can be used to help people sleep so I think if you took alot of them it probably would kill you.

Prescriptions for benzos are highly restricted these days so it's more than likely the GP has only prescribed a limited quantity, i.e. 7 x 10mg temazepam, which will neither kill a person nor allow them to become addicted to it.

  • Healy, Chameleon thanks for explaining, I just have to go to th..... Zzzzzzz!
  • Posters like you make me angry also. You've been extremely judgemental about this poster when you know absolutely nothing about them or their medical history. Obesity is not always simply a result of over-eating/lack of exercise, their are numerous other factors that could be taken into account.

Maybe I should apply the same judgement to you and accuse you of being a sink estate single parent trying to scrounge benefits? After all, with a user name such as yours plus claiming your son has ASD when he's probably just an unruly, out of control, undisciplined scrote fits the stereotypical profile doesn't it?

See how easy it is?

your entitled to your opinion chameleon just as I am.....:wink:iv only said what "SOME" others wont...not every obese person on benefits is on it due to over eating but an awful lot are....(in my experience) and I know exactly what you mean it drives me nuts also when council estate single mums are happily on benefits for unrulely kids by different dads...dont get me started....... glad you like my user name it was my favorite guineapigs name whos gone over the bridge to the rainbow.
    :hello:Time2start a new year diet for a new me:j

Hi, I'm glad you didn't take offence at my post, I was just illustrating a point and not intending to be offensive in my remarks toward you. It's all too easy for people to make assumptions and jump to conclusions about people. Sorry to hear about your guinea pig, they're great creatures :D

Posters such as this make me angry, this is self inflicting,I know what I want to say and Im sure I will be shot down in flames for saying this but basically im trying to get DLA for my son who has an ASD,he was born with this and cannot help the way he is,he has been turned down for DLA yet someone whos overweight could get DLA and most of the problems ie asthma, depression,no mobility etc stem from this fact of being overweight, perhaps if people like this went on a strict diet to get their BMI down then all the other ailments would dissapear its a bit like a jigsaw puzzle, unfortunately other people arnt so lucky and can learn to live with their disabilities but not cure them,my son would love that chance I just wish people such as this poster could realise exactly just that, they can do something about their problem as it is self inflicted and to put it in a nutshell will not get better unless they loose weight and stop eating and increase their excersise.

how would a little bit of money from the tax payer help your son learn to live with it ?

And drinking alcohol, fact that alcohol with prozac cause the reverse affects. hence, possibley, the sucide attempts

OP have you told your doctor of your drinking?

Maybe you could explore groups tha can help you with your alcohol/food/drug issuses ?

I aint judging you just sayin how i see it. i would personally be very carefull what i wrote on a form about people having to be with me in case i kill myself.

it's otherwise known as valium, very addictive, and very dangerous when taken with alcohol.
