on hold at the moment, guy said it was out ofstoick, and not an error, then i read the email, he said he would refund £24 if i bought 2 boxes now, i said 'are you sure?' hes left me on hold for a while now

Still haven't received the £12 refund yet, despite getting the email on Friday. Do you think it might be related to the fact that I never got the wine in the first place?

Gawd only knows biglugs................my original order was cancelled, I then had to reorder again and was told that the £75 would not be taken from my account.................lo and behold the £75 has been taken from my account! :rolleyes:

There better be some wine turning up on Thursday or else fur will fly!!!! :mad:

Just had a phone call about my wine this morning - apparently my wine didn't come in and I was ready for the spiel that the order will be cancelled, but instead she has arranged for 2 cases of wine to be sent to me worth about £50

Will let you know what they were when they arrive (can't remember what she said they were)

EDIT: 12 Bottles of Barrel Select Chardonnay have just arrived

LOL - tale in a nutshell:

• Ordered Wine
• Call from store saying no stock and to call Customer Services
• Check order - cancelled 2 days before
• Call CS and get told first its just Out of Stock, then to expect an e-mail
• Call CS when e-mail doesn't turn up and get told to ring store (I refuse)
• CS ring store on my behalf and get Internet Shopping person to ring me
• Internet Shopping person calls me to tell me that only CS can deal with it.
• IS person calls CS and they refuse to speak about it (even though they rang the IS person first:rolleyes:) and that I have to ring CS (to get referred to the store perhaps )
• IS Person feels my pain and is trying to take it further

I only rang up to find out why it was cancelled :rotfl: The Internet Shopping Person is really helpful and a credit to the company though !!!!

They reordered mine last friday and the order is exactly the same with regard to no. bottles and price 12/£24. This order hasn't been cancelled to date and delivery expected Thursday.

Wonder if I will get anything?

LOL that's where I am at the mo but down £75 too!!!!!!!!!

Despite their claim that they would refund the £12 they never took off me I never received it! Shambolic or what? And they won't respond to emails.

Savvy - I believe it was the local store, as I had the call at 8.15 and she was looking through what stock she had, then the wine arrived at 11.00
