Changing from Pipex to sky broadband? Frankly terrified./MAC code.

    It's funny you say that. I suggest you send them a letter in writing through email or post that confirms that you are cancelling your account as they will continue charging you otherwise.

    I left them on the 2nd Sept. My last payment should have been 25th Aug 08. Got charged again and I'm currently disputing it when they are saying I'm not entitled to a refund. They are a bunch of liars. :mad:

    Ah,thanks.I spoke to them yesterday on this very subject.

    One person told me I would need to cancel the phone package,as the mac code only cancells the internet,but another person told me as they don't do phone only packages,it would be sky taking over the phone package that would constitute cancelling it.Don't tend to believe what they tell me.

    Think Iwill try to find a cancellation address to email.
    Any ideas?

    If you are still having problems then I hope it helps else again sorry for the late reply.
