owey, I dont suppose it would be possible to post a couple of pictures of the set and maybe one of a paused dvd or something? If you can't then it's cool, don't worry about it :)

Just got an email from Dell confirming the refund policy but saying they will not refund you over £150, so far the cheapest seems to be Scan.co.uk at £528.27. Does anyone know of any cheaper? I think I'll go for it at that price as it's just a little over the £513 boundary.

https://www.aria.co.uk have currently got one left in their web super specials for £493.44 + delivery - BE QUICK!

Yes, because they won't refund you without the receipt for the tv you have bought, as far as I know it must be the same Tv as well.

    RESULT:

yesterday at noon i was called by dell customer relations and was offered £120 extra on top of my money back for the price of a similar (but slightly bigger) replacment TV which i'd sourced. The chances of getting a 32" TV looked bleak- i didnt want to push it and end up with a refurbished 26" like many people have- so i took the difference.
if you write to anyone you need the 'customer relations' department and the VP's. make 'important' people accountable for the running of the firm they're in charge of and your problems will be fixed. good luck!

what tv was that zippy, im having to take that route
