Oh b*gger  I've just received my card
Is that the minimum guaranteed rate or what they have actually paid?

Not good news. Could you provide more information, like when the new cashback kicks in and what about money up to the notice period?

Will Martin be reviewing his card cashback reviews/reports as a result of Conran slashing their cashback?0

I can't decide between the yorkshire bs cc at 1% for the first £2000 and the Tesco cc. The vouchers are really good and worth 4x their cash value if you use them for a deal. I've already booked my first eurostar trip with £25 worth of vouchers gained from shopping instore! Problem is, i'm thinking of shopping elsewhere.. fed up with tesco.
Any advice?Saving money is fun :A0 -
Has anyone used the nationwide credit card?0

I use a Capital One card with cash back and pay by direct debit. There is one snag that I have recently discovered when two items total £580 that were not mine appeared on the statement and despite my informing them the money was taken from my account and after two months I still don't have it. They tell me this is common practice, so beware, someone could spend a lot on your account and it might come out of your bank.

Mint have just announced on my last statement that they are going to join a growing list of credit card companies by withdrawing cashback. It's a pity because I was getting 1% cashback when spending in my favourite stores. I expect Mint think I will continue to spend on the card as before but they couldn't be more wrong. I intend to wait for the outstanding cashback to be credited to my account and then will consider disposing of the card. Still, never mind, there is always American Express and Co-op's travelcare points are quite good.0

I still have not recieved any notification that Conran is cutting its cashback rate and I did get a bill a few days ago. Has anyone else got any notification?"An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind" - Mahatma Gandhi0 -
supermum1958 wrote:The log into your account site for the Citi one per cent cashback card seems to have crashed: although registered and a successful user for several weeks now, I have been unable to log in and see what I've spent online for over a week. Calls just go to a call centre in Bombay that barely seems to understand what the problem is - at 0870 rates. Is it me - or has anyone else found they can't log in any more?
Just have to wait for the statement through the post, I suppose.
Any help gratefully received.
I don't know if this relates to you supermum, but I have just applied for a new CitiBank Platinum card and just this week got it through the post. I applied for it as Martin's article said you got 1% CB. However, none of the welcome pack mentions CB and neither does the web site. It definitely did when I signed up (about 3 weeks ago).
So the question is, do you still get your 1% CB with the CitiBank Platiunum?0
