Shame that most PPCs do not understand the law.

They are allowed to invoice you.

They contract ppc's to shift blame and stigma from themselves to a third party.

And you know that because you run a big supermarket chain do you??

And what would this invoice be for?
And how much would it be?

And you are allowed to ignore it.

Of course if you aren't able to remove the clamp or get someone else to do so without damaging you could always smear it with shlt, the more the better.

There would be no invoice to ignore if people weren't ignorant enough to park in disapled spaces in the first place.

But given that people do park in disabled spaces what is this invoice for and for how much?

Does it matter unless you are one of those people?

Very few of them are issued with regards to disabled spaces and then often to disabled drivers. PPC's are hardly in the position to adopt the moral high ground, pick a better arguement one you have a gnats chance of winning.
