Of course if you aren't able to remove the clamp or get someone else to do so without damaging you could always smear it with shlt, the more the better.

Very few of them are issued with regards to disabled spaces and then often to disabled drivers. PPC's are hardly in the position to adopt the moral high ground, pick a better arguement one you have a gnats chance of winning.
