Digital TV Cost Cutting Article - Discuss What You've Been Offered

You just beat me to it.
The previous post afaik was about sky+ for £49.
That was all I was offered last week and I was really annoyed being a sky member for close to 10 years, and without insult to others, there are people here who have been members for way way less and given it for free.
I just rang them up again and said I wanted to cancel, they said they can offer sky+, I said that it would be nice but... then she interupted me and said that she saw I have been offered it for £49 previously, and said that if I subscribe to one premium channel, I can have it for free!
I only need to subscribe for one month, and I have the date I need to ring up to cancel.
All in all, sky+ and a movie channel (for one month) for £5 including installation.
I am very happy!0 -

Ignore her. She's just a busy-body with far too much time on her hands.

Yes but your post isn't a grabbit as its been posted before, why not bump the old thread up
So what!! As you can see the OP is quite new so why do you have to have a go?!
If you are indeed a wannabe Moderator then maybe you need to be a bit more polite and helpful with the newer members of this forum.

In same boat if anyone has any suggestions of getting HD at the same price as if we were new customer ie £99. Did think of cancelling my account and starting OH as new subscriber. Has anyone done this?0
