Well folks,
I need a new laptop, though I am really tight. In fact you have no idea how tight I am.
I once did someone for theft for taking my photo.
I even wake up in the middle of the night just to see if I have lost any sleep.
Well, about this laptop.
I need it for general use a bit of everything.
I am as confused as a metaphor in the meta space.
Is it to be dual or quad
Sammy, Toshi or HP source.
I have narrowed it down to a few as I think they will last a few years with out having to add more bits of copper gold and silicon.
Option 1.

Question 4.

As for your questions:
Question 1.
Currys vs PC world? Irrelevant
Who is the better? Exactly the same company
Question 2.
Intel vs AMD? Intel
Dual vs Quad? Depends on the processor, quad core should generally perform better but you'll unlikely see much difference unless running several processor intensive programs at the same time. See here for which intel i processors are dual/quad core:
If it's a 3 digit i processor (eg i*-***) - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intel_Core#Nehalem_microarchitecture_based
If it's a 4 digit i processor (eg i*-2***) - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intel_Core#Sandy_Bridge_microarchitecture_based
Question 3.
Toshi vs HP vs Samsung? HP in last place, don't think there's much in it between Tosh and Samsung though (most would I think er towards Tosh)
Question 4.
Is there any better suggestions than those listed above? Lots of suggestions already posted.0 -

It's worth highlighting that this Currys outlet item only has a six month Warranty.
I bought a laptop from them before and it was in a pitiful state.
Forget about maintenance.
If they don't have the confidence to guarantee it for longer than six months, then you shouldn't have the confidence in it lasting longer.0
