Ages and ages ago I posted about my SiL and her fiance who were both selling their properties to buy a house together. Well, 7 months on, both houses are sold, contracts exchanged and they move this month. They both got a bit less than they would have liked for their houses, but equally saved a lot on the house that they are buying so more or less at break-even.Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Brief update : Had 4 viewings since Friday.
1st one - Couldn't guage any feeling from the viewing - got no idea and no feedback so far
2nd one - Lovely couple, loved the house. 20 mins after they left they made an offer - £35k under asking priced. With 2 other viewings booked, I declined to comment.
3rd one - Again, loved the house and spend some time on their own walking around the house.
4th one - Bought 4 other people with them!! again, positive comments.
Hopefully tomorrow (Tuesday) the EA will provide official feedback.0 -

What's the asking price? How is it priced vs the competition? They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -
Finally had feedback from my viewers a week ago. They liked the house, but it wasnt for them. They didnt have any negative points so thats something I suppose. Hubby and no1 Son were home for the weekend which was nice, but equally painful for us all when they had to go again. Oh well.0
