Oh dear not a promising start then! I have been on three weeks, had my first viewing yesterday, one booked for today and two for monday. Fingers crossed.

Have just decided to sell my home on barra in outer hebrides and stay on mainland with family about for health reasons, what a time to start selling a home, I dread it.0

I part exed with Persimmon, they have been marketing it for 2 months and there has been one viewing but the lad that viewed it was just being nosy IMHO, its the cheapest in the area by a few grand because its part ex, Theres one or two that have been on since last year in my postcode and not even dropped the price.0
