Thanks pawpurrs. This one's lower than the previous one, but they are cash buyers and I'm hoping that means things will happen this time!

I don't know how you've coped with at least 2 viewings every week! This would have been my first week with 2 viewings (2nd one has now been cancelled). You must feel like your house isn't your own.

Most was six in a day or two, but yes its pretty constant! I am fed up with it, but you have to take every viewing as you never know the next one might be the one!
The worst thing is no one offering actually, especially the four or five that have been second or third viewings, and have stayed for hours, and started negotiating on fixtures and fittings, only to never be heard of again! I will never understand why people do that, if they are not really interested?:rolleyes:
Last lot today did that, and they are not even procedable, but seen it all before and they will probebley say they LOVED it BUT.......
It will be the ones in and out in two minutes dont utter a word that buy it, thats normally the case!

That must be soul-destroying. Has it ever been under offer..forgive my memory but isn't it you that has had tons of total viewings. I so hope you get it sold soon. You've served your time soldier!

Yes it went under offer allmost as soon as it hit the market, unfortenely she just messed us about, and then pulled out. I feel I have deffo served my time :rotfl:

as above but I'm not quite as polite as pawpurrs and others! I seriously think that 1echindia is taking (or his wife is) the p***. If I was his buyer I would now have no regard to gazundering at the very last moment!!!!!!

Ordinarily, I wouldn't get het up about such a thing as an internet forum but seriously...people like that give serious sellers like me (I'm not prepared to speak on behalf of others)a bad name. Such display of pure greed will, I fear come back and bite them.

I really don't know why I subscribe to this thread as I'm not selling or buying and I don't own my own house....I don't even live in the UK ...but I started reading it several weeks ago and I now find myself hoping, every time I catch up with the thread, that one of you has got the sale you're after - oh, and especially you pawpurrs.
