finding it difficult to keep a straight face at your comment pawpurrs ! You are right though........if you didnt laugh !!

But oh my gosh it IS frustrating! I was on market for 2 years with all that entails.....I swear I will NEVER tell my kids to tidy their rooms EVER again!

but sometimes it's the least likely people that turn out to be the ones!
Good luck to those with viewings coming up... and those who are about to start marketing....I pray its quick and painless!

Still nothing in my price range so I am hoping one of the properties I have been watching for over a year will come back onto market ...soon !

When I worked as an EA we had a cottage on the books owned by a lovely old lady who didn't want to be in when people viewed (too upsetting) but also didn't want to give us a key. She always used to insist on going out and leaving a key under the mat  despite my protestations that it was completely insecure.

    Excellent news Jenny!:j

Pawpurrs, the buyer on the place I sold in 2006 was 82. OK that's not 90, but it's well on the way.

Its not her age so much as the fact she sounds like a basket case, and isnt on the market or even considering it, she just wants to come because the pictures look so lovely! And the fact that she cant come before 11.30 as she isnt with it, oh and it will take her 45 minutes to drive 3 miles!
