pawpurrs;20709491]Bit of spring movement perhaps? Is Bath bucking the trend?

Bath has tourism, MoD, a big hospital and a couple of Universities, so it's always going to fare better than average. Having said that, things were dire on the selling front last year, from about May onwards.

Jenny! we are in Notts which agent do you use?

    Hi,

We're with 2, Bairstow Eves, (the most expensive of the two, but infinatly more professional) and Donna Rose, cheaper but rubbish, they sent an office girl to take the photos, which as expected were rubbish. She even wanted to take a photo of the garden through the patio door glass.... Errrr No. I politely asked her to wait while I opened the door.

Where about's in Notts are you? PM me, if you don't want to post it on an open Forum. ;)
I love giving home made gifts, which one of my children would you like? :D :A :D

Viewers been and gone, she adored it, not so sure about him, said it was the best one they had seen, but viewings lots more over the next couple of days, want a second home....we shall see...

Fingers crossed for you, Pawpurrs. :D

My hubby did our viewing in the end, I took the girls to Tesco. (lovely.)
Apparently they really liked it, Mrs especially liked the kitchen. If you want me to PM you the right move link, PP, PM me and I will. Hubby said they seemed very keen, but you never can tell.

We have another couple coming on saturday, and they are very keen to view.

    So the waiting continues...

Had feedback from the viewers yesterday same old story they loved it BUT.......................... one of the reasons was very odd....
However they havent ruled it out they are looking at more today, and if none of them are what they want they *may* come back for another viewing.
