Happy Easter everyone, any one up to anything nice, are we all busy with viewings over the weekend?
None booked in here, have changed agents, and they seem to be getting less than the last lot, and they are more expensive
Still waiting for feedback from yesterdays viewers.
Welcome Ellie, as DS said it does not mean its a waste of time, person who bought my last house wasnt even on the market, when she viewed, and ended up being the one that bought it, so you never know! Its best not to turn down any viewings.
Wonder how Marc and Dats and Lisa are getting on?Pawpurrs x0 -

Yes, Happy Easter.
Sorry that your last viewers don't appeal to be a goer, Pawpurrs, but very good luck with no 51 (you certainly get them through the door!).
Good luck to everyone with viewings this weekend

We've exchanged! We had to renegotiate slightly with our vendors after the survey which held things up and our buyers solicitor is very slow so even though everyone signed contracts a week ago exchange only happened this morning. I am so happy I can barely think straight as I'd become convinced the buyers were going to go all funny at the last minute. Completion due for the 28th so I'll be spending the bank holiday cleaning and packing...
Good luck to all you sellers, I hope the spring brings more buyers out of the woodwork for everyone.0 -

I am sorry to hear that your viewers yesterday were a no go. But at least you have another one.
I can remember feeling very dispondent and I just could not understand why no one wanted to buy my house. It filled me with dread to think that if I lost my buyer I would have to go through all the viewing malarky again. The valuation on the house we are buying is being done on Wednesday and assuming there are no problems then it should be all systems go for completion on 22 May. I am getting quite exited about the move but I have the easter weekend with nothing to do.
Anyway pawpurrs, when you sell your house I am going to crack open a bottle of Tesco's cheapest Chardonnay and celebrate for you (any excuse will do for me;)).
Good luck with your next viewing0 -
Thanks Cindie, how many viewings did yours take?
WHEN I sell there will be virtual Crystal all round :rotfl:
Congratulations noxon! :jPawpurrs x0 -
