Well the people came for the second viewing on Sat morning. Seemed to go very well they were asking all the right questions. Just don't know if they were looking at other places for a 2nd time as well.
I don't think they will rush into a decision so it will probably be a while until we hear if they are going to make an offer.
No other viewings this weekend.
How did everyone else do with viewings this weekend?0 -
None for me this weekend, and the keen people from last weekend that said that they were definetley going to offer have disappeared as quickly as they appeared. Sigh so no further forward, here, ho hum, diddle........
Fingers crossed Marc, I have almost given up, although I know it only takes one.......the amount of people who seem so keen, ask about buying your furniture, what are you leaving, blah, blah, blah........only to never offer, is so Irrating its beyound belief!Pawpurrs x0 -
never mind pawpurrs things can only get better and you never know we might end up in world records for the longest amount of time taken to sell a house lol.sorry i have to laugh or id cry. still no viewings for us i might have to have a trip into EA put some presure on and see what happens THIS IS ALL SO FRUSTRATING !:coffee:i find a cup of tea can solve most problems:coffee:

House went on the market week last Thursday.....I know it's a prob a daft question but how long do you think I should expect to wait before I get a viewer? (How long is a piece of string!!!) Should I speak to my estate agent this week to see if anyone has clicked through to check details (other than myself and the nosey neighbours of course!)?
Having never sold a house in the traditional manner manner before I have no idea of the etiquette. It's all consuming at the moment, all I can think about and am sick of friends asking how many viewings have you had and sighing when I tell them it's only been on just over a week. I know it's a bad time to sell but it doesn't seem to stop the gloomsters and the media telling you exactly how bad a time it is!!!
Here's hoping.......0 -
Welcome to the tread, make yourself at home.
Normally at least a week, by the time the details are approved etc...... also price is key at the moment, if your on at a good price expect viewings, if you put it on at an optimistic price you could be sat waiting.
You could be luckey and sell quickly mine went U/O nearly straight away, but didnt make it to compeletion, and since then well lots of viewings but no sale.Pawpurrs x0 -
We put ours on the market in the beginning of November and had our first viewing at the end of Feb! Doubt you will do any worse than us lol0
