Organised Christmas 2008.. The countdown has begun!

thanks everyone I actually think that a tape dispenser may be a wise investment!! I too had tape stuck to me the table, the chairs everywhere!!

I've sorted through my wrapping paper basket but all the Christmas paper is in the loft. i didn't have a proper area last year but just took over 'the dining room' (ie study with a big table and chairs in it, music playerand cd's and several piles of papers for me!) We never use it as a dining room well rarely if there are lots of people or at Christmas but it's actually part of the lounge (open plan kinda) so it's a wierd room really!

Oh yeah I managed to do some dusting in the lounge today and watch 2 films as feeling really yuk, too amny late nights me thinks!!

I know what you mean about late nights.. My son has just come home with the most stinking cold too so my living room plans are sounding well and trully scuppered today!

I bought a tape dispenser from poundland today YAY! And also loads of thomas, Dora and Peppa activity items.. Go grab some!! Got my little girl a Fur Real tiger she has wanted for ages reduced to 6.50 so was very pleased.

Went to see Step Brothers at the cinema today and it was the funniest film I have seen in ages. Makes me want to watch Elf now!

I need to get back to working on Organized christmas tomorrow.. look for an update soon!

Hi, I after an invite from pinkladymel I thought I would join this thread.
I have been my most organised yet this year when it comes to xmas. My other half has a huge family so I like to start getting presents early. I started getting stuff in January. I got loads of smelly sets from ebay - there was loads on there as people were getting rid of their unwanted gifts. And have just got bits every month from there.
I managed to get a copy of muppets xmas carol and scrooged the other week - my favourite xmas movies, so I was chuffed.
